Refund Policy

How it works
Stevoli AI charges £5 per course for AI analysis. Payment is taken before analysis begins. Once your revision plan has been successfully generated, the service has been delivered.
When we offer refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
Analysis failure — if the AI analysis fails and all retry attempts have been exhausted (3 attempts), you are entitled to a full refund.
Duplicate payment — if you are accidentally charged more than once for the same course, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Service not delivered — if payment was taken but no analysis was produced and retries did not resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund.
When we do not offer refunds
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Change of mind — once analysis has been successfully completed and delivered, we cannot offer a refund because the digital service has been fully provided.
Dissatisfaction with AI output — the quality of the analysis depends on the materials you upload. If you feel the output could be improved, contact us and we will do our best to help, but this does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Uploaded wrong files — please make sure you upload the correct files before paying. We cannot refund courses where the wrong materials were uploaded, though you can contact us and we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email us at help.stevoli@gmail.com with your account email and the course name. We aim to respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content does not apply once the digital service has been fully provided with your consent, which is given when you initiate the analysis.
