About Stevoli AI
Stevoli AI is an exam revision tool operated by Lewis Mutch, based in Scotland, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Stevoli AI allows students to upload past papers and course materials. Our AI analyses these materials and generates a personalised revision hub including topic breakdowns, study plans, flashcards, quizzes, and exam strategy advice. The service is provided on a per-course basis.
Accounts
You must create an account to use Stevoli AI. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payments
Analysis costs £5 per course. Payment is taken via Stripe before analysis begins. By paying, you are purchasing access to the AI-generated revision plan for that specific course. Prices may change for future courses, but any course you have already paid for will not be affected.

Your content
You retain ownership of any files and materials you upload to Stevoli AI. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your materials for the purpose of generating your revision plan. We do not share your materials with other users or use them for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
AI-generated content
The revision plans, flashcards, quizzes, and other content generated by Stevoli AI are produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is completely accurate, comprehensive, or error-free. Stevoli AI is a revision aid and should not be your only source of study material. You are responsible for verifying information and using your own judgement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our systems; use the service for any purpose other than personal exam revision; resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its outputs; use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use.
Availability
We aim to keep Stevoli AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.
Limitation of liability
Stevoli AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lewis Mutch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
